Drummer Michael Gillan was born into the rich musical world of the San Francisco Bay Area. Amber Ikeman: Amber’s album, Free, was named one of Southwest Montana’s top local albums of 2015.  Her spirited, earthy folk music carries audiences across the open spaces of the American West and into the depths of their souls. Megan Makeever: Award-winning singer-songwriter, guitarist, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and classical flautist, Megan Makeever was born into a family of professional musicians.  She has recorded and produced three original albums full of meaningful and heartfelt music.  Her second album, Unstoppable, received an Award of Merit from Global Music Awards.  Hear her flute on the title track of John Hosking’s album Wide Open Door.  Meet Megan.

Mike Parsons:
Growing up playing the fiddle in his family’s band, Mike has played professionally for more than 40 years.  He branched out from fiddle and now both plays mandolin, guitar, banjo, bass, dobro, and steel guitar. His enthusiasm for sharing bluegrass music shows throughout his Bluegrass with Friends music teaching series.  Mike and his mandolin appear on 2 tracks on John Hosking’s album Wide Open Door.  Meet Mike Parsons.
