Country Bookshelf in Bozeman, Montana has asked Anika Hanisch to interview long-time novelist and memoirist Laura Kalpakian about her new non-fiction instructional work: Memory into Memoir: A Writer’s Handbook. The two women have taught memoir-writing and written books for decades—Hanisch as a ghostwriter and Kalpakian as an award-winning novelist and now memoir-writer. The evening promises to be full of fascinating behind-the-scenes book-writing insights and memoir-writing tips for beginners and veteran memoirists alike.
The livestreamed interview will take place Thursday, October 28 at 7:30 pm Mountain Time. Both Kalpakian and Hanisch will interact with participants during a live Q&A following the interview.
